Instructions :
- Preheat oven to 200°C (th. 6-7).

- Let the dough rest Cover and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to obtain a nice lump when baking.
- Pour into the mould Fill buttered madeleine molds three-quarters full.
- Bake Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
